The role oversees all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing staff, coordinating daily activities, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Housekeeping team is made up of a diverse group of inspiring and passionate individuals who have fun working together daily. Manages the housekeeping and laundry activities, operations, and staff. Coordinates and monitors housekeeping and laundry activities to meet customer satisfaction goals. Regularly observes housekeeping operations; identifies areas of improvement, makes recommendations, and implements approved plans or programs. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations
