The Guest Service Representatives are the greeters, problem-solvers, and sales force of all that is the location where you work. You provide excellent service; apply knowledge of company products, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist guests and employees; and support the overall goals of the company as you provide the best experience possible for our visitors. Performs a variety of moderately difficult customer service tasks. Routinely applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to provide excellent customer service and generate maximum sales. Assists customers, employees, and management and responds to queries. Supports housekeeping and laundry as directed.
