As an RV Attendant you will assist in the day-to-day RV Park operations by providing excellent customer service, listening and responding to guests’ needs and concerns. You will apply knowledge of the property, optional tours, services, local information, policies, procedures, and guidelines to assist guests. This role also implements and maintains procedures and policies within established company guidelines. Welcome all guests in a friendly manner and assist with any questions or concerns during their stay. Process check-ins/check-outs and collect payments via cash or credit cards. Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day or future reservations. Perform regular inspections of the RV Park and recommend the maintenance of equipment and grounds as needed. Maintain overall cleanliness of RV Park, general store, laundry room, and restrooms including the use of chemicals safely. Apply knowledge of company products, tours, services, and operations for guests and employees to enhance the vacation and work experience. Answer and re-direct telephone calls as needed; greet and interact with guests at the desk or designated areas.
