How the property looks and feels plays a huge part in the guest experience. You will be out and about, ensuring all guest and employee areas are safe and clean according to safety standards. You provide excellent customer service and location information while supporting the overall goals of the company. Works independently overnight to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby areas, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas. Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous manner and preform delivery tasks. Handling cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals in adherence to their specified safety data sheet. Makes supply deliveries and maintains housekeeping closets. Identifies and reports maintenance issues. Responds to radio calls, texting apps, questions, and inquiries from the guest service desk and security teams.
