The Host plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by performing a variety of entry-level customer service and clerical tasks. Thee host ensures a smooth and efficient flow of guests into the restaurant. Performs a variety of entry-level customer service and clerical tasks. Works with the Dining Room Supervisor to ensure a smooth flow of guests to the restaurant. Responds to employees, management, and customers' queries. Performs opening and closing duties as assigned by management. Keeps shared work stations and areas clean and sanitary.
