As the Laundry Manager, you’re at the helm of one of the resort’s most vital operations—ensuring every linen, towel, and uniform meets the highest standards of cleanliness and care. You lead with purpose, guiding a dedicated team through fast-paced shifts while maintaining safety, efficiency, and morale. Your strategic oversight keeps the laundry operation running smoothly, supporting guest satisfaction and operational success. With your leadership, the laundry department doesn’t just support the resort—it elevates it! Trains and supervises the laundry staff. Oversees and monitors laundry production, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and equipment maintenance. Liaise with housekeeping management of three lodge operations. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
