About this role
Service Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. Perform, act, sing, serve food and beverage, and all related tasks associated with the Music of Denali dinner show in the Gold Nugget Saloon. Cast members rotate and perform a variety of roles in the dinner show, working as floaters, and bartenders and all actively assist in dinner service. Maintain sanitation and safety protocols to align with state, local, and Company laws and regulations. Work closely with the show Manager and Food and Beverage management team. Work closely with the show writer. Perform pre-season rehearsals. Work closely with all entertainers on the words, songs, music, and timing of the show. Ensure a hands-on teamwork environment. Food and beverage service for the dinner portion of the show. Employee timecard management. Pre-shift and safety meetings with staff. Work independently with little or no supervision. Effectively and proactively communicate any safety, guest, or employee concerns with management. Contributing to the overall success of the MOD Dinner Show at the Gold Nugget Saloon. Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
