In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of service and operations are maintained across the front-of-house food and beverage operations, embodying our company’s values at every level. Act as a working supervisor, leading by example to motivate, guide, and support staff while completing tasks alongside your team. Train, coach, and supervise front-of-house food and beverage staff to ensure operational excellence and high levels of guest satisfaction. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked food and beverage venues, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional. Collaborate with management to execute daily task lists, conduct monthly inventory, and manage par levels to align with business volume and goals.
