In this position, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service for our guests. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, resolving challenges with professionalism and positivity, and consistently upholding HAP’s service excellence values. You will also supervise and motivate team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment aligned with company standards. Supervises food and beverage staff and the activities of the food and beverage operations and services. Monitors and tracks sales, prepares analysis and recommends strategies to achieve sales and performance goals. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
