Ensure that the kitchen areas, equipment, and restrooms are clean during the overnight hours. Provide the cooks, server assistants, bartenders and servers with support and assistance. Provide support for all activities pertaining to cleaning/maintaining kitchen storage, preparation and service areas and materials to include maintaining closet inventories. No supervisory responsibilities.
