About the Role We are seeking a proactive Recruitment & Resourcing Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This role is central to ensuring we attract, recruit and onboard talented employees across the College. Working closely with hiring managers across all areas of the organisation, you'll coordinate recruitment campaigns from vacancy approval through to onboarding, ensuring a professional and positive experience for candidates while maintaining the highest standards of compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, HR or coordination experience who enjoys taking ownership, managing multiple priorities and delivering a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Recruitment Timeline We are keen to appoint the right person as soon as possible and will review applications as they are received. Managing candidate communications, interview arrangements and recruitment administration. Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process and providing guidance on recruitment procedures. Advertising vacancies across a range of recruitment channels. Maintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation. Managing and updating the College's Applicant Tracking System. Supporting safer recruitment activities, pre-employment checks and onboarding processes. Producing recruitment reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Raising and tracking recruitment-related purchase orders and expenditure. Helping to promote Hugh Baird College as an employer of choice.
