Hugh Baird University is seeking a Head of Faculty to lead a diverse and high-profile curriculum area, driving excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement. Lead the implementation of all objectives specific to the role in key areas: Meeting learner achievement and progress targets in line with College KPIs across the provision within scope Meeting targets pertaining to learner attendance and punctuality in line with agreed KPIs. Meeting targets related to learner progress including achievement of high grades and progress, value added and other relevant performance measure Meeting targets determined by the Access & Participation Plan Development of the faculty business plan, curriculum offer and future delivery in response to learner, community, employer and skills needs
