The Role This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape the future direction of Gravity Global’s largest growth area in a rapidly expanding network agency. The role is available fully remote but the ideal candidate has access to London or Norwich for key meetings and events. You will work with our global client services teams based in the US, London, Oxford and our performance marketing arm based in Norwich. Reporting into and mentored by a Director and Head of Biddable. The role will provide room for growth and the opportunity to be involved in diverse and challenging projects across our global agency network. To manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for a broad portfolio of clients across a range of industry sectors Managing media budgets in excess of £1m per month. To create effective paid digital strategies for client campaigns, using desktop research and industry tools to create compelling media plans, including channel budget allocations, creative approach, and performance forecasts. To identify further opportunities for existing clients across additional networks, channels and areas where spend can be increased, and work with relevant colleagues to present these to clients. Manage and mentor junior team members. Own daily campaign monitoring, optimisation and budget management outputs. Be involved in new business development by having an input into or preparing proposals wherever required As a team, generate regular client reports and contribute to campaign review documents with accurate data, clear analysis, and recommendations.
