Job Title: Cross Capability Consultant Contract Type: Permanent We work in a team model, often across sites, so the ability to work well in a team environment and convey information effectively is important. The role is based in our Weymouth, Bath or Fareham offices however BMT do employ hybrid working. The role is for full-time hours. As a Cross Capability Consultant, you would bring with you experience of working in an engineering supportability role with experience and knowledge in some of the following areas; logistical support, technical documentation, obsolescence, reliability and human factors. This role will see you switch between these areas to match your skills but also to provide variety of work and call upon your own engineering experiences and broaden them too. The ideal candidate would have experience of the UK MOD or industry. This role would suit a recent, or soon to be Armed Forces leaver at NCO or Junior Officer level. Experience of working MOD Abbey Wood or an HQ equivalent would be beneficial but not essential.
