ACI is a Woman-Owned Small Business professional services provider of engineering and technical services to the United States Government. We seek an experienced Software Developer to serve as a part of ACI’s Government Programs team providing comprehensive IT service capability to support the U.S. Army Transportation Command's (ARTRANS) global C4ISR and distribution operations. Duties and Responsibilities: As an ACI Software Developer, you will have opportunities to interface with senior level customers, Warfighters, and leadership while performing the following functions: Serve as a team member on all computer and software related aspects of assigned program. Design and implement software solutions for back-end and front-end development for interactive web/mobile applications. Performs engineering and scientific work involving the design, development, and operation of man portable computer systems, including hardware and software and their integration with other systems and peripherals. Due to the sensitive nature of the work being performed, a candidate must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Related degree fields include Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, Information Systems Technology, and Software Engineering. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and zero experience. Experience in software development, and all phases of the software development life cycle. Experience with Agile framework and ability to apply best practices using industry standards. Proficient in Java, Python or C++ development. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and development teams. Experience developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical documentation.
