Access to expert-led training, certifications, innovation experiences, hackathons, building AI agents and more. 👀 What you’ll need: To be eligible for this programme, you’ll need to have obtained (or be on track to obtain) a bachelor’s degree by your start date. We welcome applications for this programme from: Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Design. Other STEM and procurement / supply chain related degrees with a clear interest in engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing. Graduates who tend to excel on this programme: Are curious about how products are made and how systems work. Have experience or passion for operations, engineering, supply chain or digital transformation. Can analyse data and solve problems creatively and logically. Communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively. Stay flexible, resilient and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs.
