About this role
💼 The Role at a Glance Accenture partners with leaders of the world’s most influential companies to tackle their most complex challenges: reinventing supply chains, designing AI-first business models, shaping sustainability agendas, and building resilient organisations. Our teams help clients understand complex challenges, explore their options, and set a clear direction, from responding to new technology and regulation to rethinking how their organisations operate. As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll join the Strategy arm of one of the world’s most respected firms. Our Analysts are not just delivery consultants: they are Reinventors who use hypothesis-driven thinking to design and guide business transformations, working on issues that matter at the highest levels. You’ll help global leaders make the bold choices that move entire industries forward. Life as a Strategy Analyst You'll be the architects of change, defining what success looks like before it’s implemented. You will help clients frame the questions, structure the hypotheses, and shape the transformation roadmap. No two projects, or days, are the same. One week, you might be assessing how new regulations affect global supply chains; the next, redesigning a client’s operating model for the AI era. Reinvention begins by identifying where shifts in technology, AI, markets or operating models can create value for clients. You will: Support important decisions: Use creative and analytical thinking to frame the questions that matter to CEOs and boards. Dig into data and research: Analyse industries, markets, and business models to uncover insights that drive change. Create clarity: Turn complex ideas into clear, visual, and actionable recommendations. Learn through different challenges: Work with people from different industries and areas of expertise, building new skills and perspectives over time. Contribute positively to an inclusive team and wider Analyst community, supporting colleagues and sharing feedback and learning. Be part of a thriving early careers community, with continuous learning and development opportunities designed to help you grow, build confidence and succeed throughout your career journey. 🧠Why join us & what we offer Joining Accenture as a Strategy Analyst means joining a firm that combines the prestige of a top strategy consultancy with the ability to make change real at scale.
