1.長照2.0 專業服務 「CA07、CA08、CB03、CB04」，服務內容參照衛福部長照專業服務手冊指引。 2.依個案照顧計畫之訓練目標、期程， 到宅提供護理相關指導與諮詢，指導個案及照顧者自主獨立或照顧技巧。 服務區域(可自行選擇承接區域): 高雄市岡山分區（岡山區、橋頭區、路竹區、燕巢區、田寮區、阿蓮區、湖內區、永安區、彌陀區、梓官區、茄萣區）
