塑膠射出成型學徒 1.負責塑膠射出及產品加工機械操作等相關作業 2.模具準備(含: 模具安裝、模具加工前置作業等) 3.生產參數/條件建立，試模與試模檢討，以確保射出成品品質 4.負責成型故障/異常排除，首件品質的確認，以確保後續量產執行 5.持續量產品質監測，以確保良率達成率 *意者請先投公司信箱或線上投履歷(無誠勿擾)
