1. 負責分項工程現場指揮。 2. 負責分包商施工之監督與評估。 3. 依據施工圖進行工程檢討與審查。 4. 控管現場施工進度與品質。 5. 執行分項工程及安全衛生自主檢查。 6. 負責進場物料的驗收、檢驗與堆置管理。 7. 協調工程事務與勞務。 8. 製作、整理、保存施工紀錄與文件資料。 (工作事項依能力循序漸進)
