About this role
1.負責 RMA 維修品收件、資料建檔及保固／異常分類管理。 2.負責維修品、整新品及換貨品之包裝與出貨作業。 3.管理委外維修案件，追蹤維修進度及完工品寄送。 4.負責國內外 RMA 出貨文件及物流作業，追蹤客戶收件狀況。 5.負責客服信箱及電話服務，協助處理客戶 RMA 及相關問題。 6.RMA 案件資料統計及週報整理。 7.其他主管交辦事項
