JOIN OUR TEAM Within the HR Services Team Belgium, we are a diverse and inclusive team of experts and young professionals. To complete our team, we are looking for an HR Officer with Dutch (m/f/d) with a strong enthusiasm for HR processes and customer relations. As an HR Officer, you support the learning and recruiting team. RESPONSIBILITIES These are your responsibilities: You ensure that questions from Belgian employees on learning and recruiting related issues are answered promptly via phone and e-mail. You organize and schedule interviews for local HR in Belgium. You support the learning team with administrative tasks such as processing attendance lists and certificates. Additionally, you create external trainings on request and you support the yearly planning in terms of training. You contribute to our quality and knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards. QUALIFICATIONS You have completed your studies. You are fluent in Dutch and English. Towards customers you always present yourself in a friendly and service-oriented manner. Whilst working towards deadlines you demonstrate very strong organizational skills. Moreover, you are a proactive and entrepreneurial personality.
