RESPONSIBILITIES Our HR Services Belgian team is looking for a Officer/Specialist (m/f/d) with focus on HR reporting. As an HR Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for providing competent and customer-oriented assistance to BASF HR partners in Belgium. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining HR reports, as well as utilizing internal HR software such as SAP/Success Factors. This is your task package: Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly HR reports for local business partners Provide ad hoc reports with consulting/interpretation as needed, following our guidelines Collaborate closely with our Reporting and HR Communities Engage in Learning reporting and daily business topics Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Power Query Identify trends to drive digitalization and automation in your area of responsibility QUALIFICATIONS Completed degree in Business and Economics or an equivalent degree Experience in HR, Reporting, Organizational Management, or a comparable area is preferred Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good overall knowledge in other MS Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage Very good knowledge of Dutch and English Proactive attitude, good communication skills, customer orientation/committed service mindset, structured, self-driven, and cooperative Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, and/or other Business Analytics applications is beneficial BENEFITS 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
