Objectives of the Position The Workforce Enablement Services & Core team supports digitalization initiatives with a major change impact or organizational development within Digitalization of Services & Core Systems by guiding affected colleagues through the change process and transition phase. As a Senior Learning, Change & Communication Specialist, you will significantly contribute to the success of digitalization initiatives by ensuring awareness, willingness, and ability of stakeholders. Main Tasks You will be responsible forlearning, change management & communication activities within product teams or projects for Services and Core Systems to ensure a successful development You conduct change impact, and learning need analyzes as well as derive fitting actions (e.g. change and communication plan, learning curricula) You create strategies for development of people and process knowledge You develop and deliver change and communication materials using a variety of media and channels You manage and coordinate the delivery of learning materials across all stakeholders You align your activities with both global and local teams, also on management level You consult project and product teams in all aspects of change, communication and learning, plan and coordinate tasks and work within time and budgetary requirements You maintain an innovative and progressive approach to change, communication and learning and develop approaches further You are an active part in our global change, communication and learning community You liaise with 3rd party vendors and establish/maintain good working relationships Requirements Working Experience You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management, Communication and Learning in a multinational and multi-cultural organization Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory) You are experienced to manage stakeholders, also on executive level You bring a structured, analytical approach and focus on quality Experience in state-of-the-art Change Management, Communication and Learning methodologies and the willingness to further develop Be highly motivated, dynamic, methodical, self-organized, enthusiastic, and able to manage projects and events Effective team player, a creative and motivated working style with a strong focus on people Proficient knowledge in O365 tools Outstanding communication skills in English Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional) Previous experience in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions or SAP Work experience with Agile Frameworks or Design Thinking German language is a plus.
