In Heerenveen, we develop and produce water-based polymer products. These resins are purchased from us by the ink and coatings industry. Another important activity is the production and distribution of additives for various customers from, for example, the coatings industry and the plastics industry. What you can expect As Process Operator you and your team are responsible for the smooth running of our automated production processes. You are the one who ensures that the process runs successfully and intervenes when necessary to solve problems. You: Within production, ensures presence of raw materials and semi-finished products, makes solutions, adds raw materials and operates the production control system. Converts planning into work orders and provides operational coordination and direction of work. Takes production samples and/or analyzes samples and defines instructions for adjusting and reprocessing products. In doing so, monitors the status of lab analysis equipment and interprets/validates analysis results. Identifies malfunctions, checks safety measures by inspection and reports deviations. If necessary, you secure the situation and perform simple maintenance work. Supports Maintenance among other things in shutdowns (if required). Observes regulations and makes recommendations in the field of production efficiency, quality and safety. What we expect At least a VAPRO/Operator B diploma. Experience within process engineering. Diploma Bedrijfsbrandweer Manschap or willing to obtain this. Good knowledge of the Dutch language. Willingness to work 5 shifts (after working 6 days, you have 4 days off).
