Objectives: The objective of the INFRA Interface coordinator is to a.) coordinate all site transport corridor modification requirements, schedule and cost impact with all involved stakeholders and b.) support Heavy Lift Transport Manager and Construction Logistics Manager with all task as assigned. Main Task: Interface with INFRA, Cluster Construction Managers, Heavy Lift Transport FA holder, Site operations and management regarding road modifications, ground preparations for heavy lifting and scheduling Obtain look ahead reports from Clusters regarding OOG Equipment deliveries as well as final cargo details and drawings in transport configuration Coordinate any INFRA activities for delivery in / out dress up or fabrication yard Support transport planing INFRA-related with contractors Support Heavy Lift Transport Manager as requested Support Construction Logistics Manager as requested Support SSHE Management at all times Requirements: Fluent in written / oral English and Chinese Project engineering degree of advantage Minimum 5 years in project logistics operations management function MS Office proficient Comfortable in multi-cultural work environments null
