Bring innovation to life We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who will provide hands-on technical support to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing downtime, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the overall productivity and reliability of our operations. Your role Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machine issues, including PLC-related problems. Assist with machine installation, upgrades, modifications, and repairs. Support equipment qualification activities such as IQ, OQ, and risk assessments. Monitor machines and equipment to ensure safe and continuous operation. Manage and monitor spare parts inventory. Record all maintenance work in equipment logbooks or maintenance systems. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area following 5S standards. Your profile College or Vocational Graduate Technical certification (NCII) or associate degree in a related field preferred (mechanical or electrical) Understanding of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirement is a plus. With at least 2 years' experience in manufacturing setup. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Capable of performing electrical installations for machines and related equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
