Responsibilities Define and regularly review category strategies for Site & Maintenance (facilities management, MRO, utilities, energy, and fluids) in alignment with the regional Head of Indirect Spend, leveraging procurement analytics tools, commodity forecasts, and market intelligence Implement site & maintenance sourcing best practices using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach to drive efficiency and cost optimization Deliver business objectives against clear financial and non-financial KPIs, ensuring measurable P&L impact across the organization Manage and optimize the existing supplier base while proactively identifying, developing, and onboarding new suppliers to challenge and improve current performance Drive supplier base simplification and tail spend management to reduce complexity and increase procurement efficiency Lead value transformation projects in close coordination with regional and global stakeholders, from ideation through to execution Build and manage strong relationships with strategic suppliers and key stakeholders across all business units and locations Actively participate in regional and global performance management forums, including the Indirect Spend SteerCo Simplify and automate non-value-added procurement activities to free up capacity for higher-impact initiatives Execute multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously with an agile mindset, sense of urgency, and a results-driven approach Elevate the value perception of procurement within each business unit by consistently delivering tangible, quantifiable outcomes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of proven procurement experience in a multinational organization; MBA is a plus Demonstrated track record in indirect categories such as facilities management, MRO, utilities, or energy In-depth category knowledge and ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Continuous Improvement certification (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily within the United States What´s in it for you?
