Your Responsibilities Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product development and market introduction through series production to product phase-out Take ownership of the Optical Components product family and drive its strategic development Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize the profitability of your product portfolio Develop and implement product strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams Prepare and maintain customer-facing quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation Support new product launches as well as product modifications and end-of-life activities Act as a key interface between technology, sales, and business functions to ensure successful product management Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, or a related field Additional business qualifications or demonstrated commercial experience are considered a strong advantage At least three years of professional experience in product management or within an industrial technology environment Strong understanding of both technical concepts and business principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions and cultures Structured, self-driven, and results-oriented working style Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Minorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation Excelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
