We are looking for an ELT Product Executive, responsible for supporting a team of ELT & CLIL Primary/FLE Product Managers in the areas of product support, creation of training materials, and documentation. You´ll be part of a global organization with a meaningful mission and real impact on education. Main Responsabilities: Developing sales enablement documentation including Product Training Manuals, mapping documents, and vertical and grammar progressions. Researching key market developments and trends in ELT, FLE & CLIL market in Spain and contributing to ideas for marketing newsletters. Carrying out competitor analysis. Reviewing manuscripts, proofs and product materials to assess market suitability and alignment with customer needs. Assisting the Product department with the creation of training materials including internal presentations, handouts, and Brainshark videos. Compiling and analysing customer feedback and sharing key insights with relevant internal stakeholders. Close cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and Editorial Teams. Maintain the Product department’s training website up to date (Moodle) with training documentation. Responsible for all administration (registering/deleting users, uploading, auditing and communicating uploads of material), creation of Moodle activites. Assisting with the creation and updating of sales presentations to be used in schools. Compile and circulate feedback from EdCons and teachers to the Content team in the UK. Requirements C2 / bilingual level of English Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous teaching experience in ELT, CLIL or FLE Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative approach and ability to build effective working relationships across teams Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs This is an office-based role in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid) Work-life balance is important to us; therefore, we offer 22 days’ holiday and Christmas closure. OUP’s hybrid working model requires that all staff worldwide who have an office-based role work a minimum of 2 days from their OUP office.
