What are your contributions to the team? Lead high-visibility projects related to customer customization requests, ensuring flawless execution from project launch through final integration into production. Act as a key contributor within the value chain by coordinating action plans and facilitating seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation without compromising quality. Make informed and strategic decisions by proactively identifying risks related to schedule and cost, developing practical alternative solutions, and providing clear visibility to leadership. Demonstrate influential leadership by mobilizing cross-functional teams and helping prioritize critical issues in a dynamic environment. Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and actively contributing to process enhancements. How to thrive in this role? You hold a university degree in a related field, preferably in Project Management, and possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Experience in Program Management and Change Management within the aviation industry is considered a strong asset. You have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices. You possess excellent organizational, time management, and self-management skills. You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken. Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset. You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Project. You demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You are customer-focused and innovative in problem-solving. You are open-minded and have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
