About this role
As part of the Fraunhofer IISB , the E|Road-Center in Hallstadt (Michelinstraße 130) is at the forefront of researching and developing inductive power transfer (IPT) technologies. Our team works on fully contactless power transfer that is free from wear and electrical arcing. We develop and implement complete stationary and dynamic IPT systems - from FEM simulation of the inductive transfer system and the analysis, simulation and design of the required power electronics to the mechanical integration, implementation and testing of fully functional demonstrators. We also develop process and testing tech-nologies for IPT systems. We are looking for a working student to join and support our technical team as soon as possible. You will start with 9 hours per week. If needed, you can expand up to 20 hours per week. Your weekly working hours will be agreed by arrangement. You can set your working days flexibly.
