(Administrative Assistant – Client Accounting) 1) Review electronic staff claims submitted through the Expense portal for accuracy and compliance with finance policies and procedures. 2) Upload electronic claims transactions to the Practice Management daily. 3) Process requests to update client information and make the required system changes. 4) Match anticipated disbursements incurred against trust funds received. 5) Prepare and ensure disbursements are posted to the Practice Management system promptly. 6) Perform monthly reconciliations of disbursements. 7) Ensure the firm complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including the Legal Profession (Solicitors’ Accounts) Rules. 8) Recover charges from staff for personal printing, photocopying, and other expenses. 9) Assist with bank signatory changes, application forms, and related documentation. 10) Make occasional bank visits to submit documents. 11) Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements 1) Nitec or equivalent qualification in business studies, with at least one year of administrative experience. 2) Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 3) Proactive, with strong analytical skills. 4) Strong written and spoken English communication skills. 5) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
