About this role
Your responsibilites are: Coordinate industrialization projects, impkement prodution equipment and prcoesses, and provide technical support to the the relevant project teams. You will work with closely with experts from production, quality assurance, procurement and international Schaeffler sites to ensure that new products enter serial production meeting the required quality standards, capacity, and deadlines. Preparing the process and equipment related documentation (Equipment technical specification, offers support for PFMA creation). Conducts the activities for installation of the equipments in the production shopfloor (preacceptance, acceptance, installation, hand over to production). Ensure the process capability of the production processes during launch phase (before SOP). Responsible for the realization of the manufacturing planner project.
