General Information We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated person to join our Project Management Back Office team as an Internship. In this role, you will be responsible for issuing shopping carts and creating purchase orders (POs) using SAP and SAP-based tools (such as SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, or SAP S/4HANA). This position offers excellent hands-on experience in corporate supply chain management, master data handling, and internal stakeholder management. Your Key Responsibilities Issue Shopping Carts: Create and manage internal shopping carts in SAP-based tools based on requests from various departments; Process Purchase Orders: Convert approved shopping carts or requisitions into formal Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently; Data Verification: Verify pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and supplier details against quotes and contracts before final submission; Track Order Status: Monitor the lifecycle of shopping carts and POs from creation through approval to final delivery; Resolve Rejections: Identify and fix errors or missing data that cause system rejections or workflow blocks; Maintain Documentation: Organize and archive digital procurement records, quotes, and approvals for compliance purposes; Stakeholder Support: Serve as a point of contact for internal employees needing help navigating the SAP shopping cart system; Supplier Coordination: Follow up with vendors regarding order confirmations and minor delivery discrepancies. Your Qualifications Currently pursuing an academic degree; Advanced English communication skills; Advanced proeficient level in using Microsoft Excel, PowerBi & PowerAutomate; Basic proeficient level in using SAP based tools; High precision in entering numerical data, part numbers, and financial codes; Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams; Ability to troubleshoot system error messages or workflow bottlenecks logically.
