About this role
Job Summary Primarily assist with customer service, answering phone calls, Printing ID’s, explain the mobile ID process, troubleshoot mobile, answer emails, taking payments and assist walk-in customers on any given day. This position will rotate between calls/emails and front line. This position will also assist with scholarship check intake and processing. Mobile ID troubleshooting Printing ID cards (when needed) Taking payments Rotate between front desk and cubicles Answer phones Work Front desk taking payments and assisting students/parents with tuition questions Answer emails Approve photo submissions & print ID cards, troubleshooting ID access Explain Tax forms Education 0 Experience 0 FLSA Status Non-Exempt
