About the role: As a Commissioning Engineer, you will develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and test protocols for nuclear systems and components. You will report to the Manager - Commissioning and work a mobile/hybrid role based in Rock Hill, SC. Local candidates only. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement processes for future AP1000 plant deployment. Develop pre-operational and component testing, including system turnover packages. Evaluate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure readiness for commissioning Review and verify system design documents, drawings, and specifications Identify problems and propose solutions to projects and tasks that are assigned Perform work within established scope, budgetary and schedule requirements Support senior engineering personnel Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in mechanical, chemical or nuclear engineering Above average academic achievement Familiarity with testing and testing analysis Familiarity with the nuclear power plant designs for operating PWR and BWRs or advanced reactors or AP1000 Engineer in Training Certification helpful Ability to travel to Westinghouse or Customer site within the first year We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
