Create safety culture at the plant by continuous monitoring of health & safety situation and training of people in the plant and guarantee accident-free working environment. Full No of people trained in first aid, fire fighting etc., and level attained by them in training. Robust & transparent system for capturing every incident or accident in the plant LTAR <= 0.5 NDL <= 0.5 Drive OHSAS and EMS in Chennai plant and guarantee 100% compliance of Chennai plant processes with the standards requirements Full Maintaining OHSAS 18001 certification Maintaining ISO 14001 certification Drive internal & external audits & CAPA on an ongoing basis Guarantee 100% compliance with all legal and statutory requirements related to Chennai plant operations Supportive Updated legal compliance register Follow-ups and driving all internal & external parties to comply with legal reqmts Manage Energy performance Supportive MRM, IA, Energy coordination.
