The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Luma, Worldline’s local implementation of Fenergo Fen-X. Fen-X is a third-party Client Lifecycle Management platform that supports Customer Due Diligence across the merchant lifecycle. You will ensure that Luma enables operations to perform effective, efficient and consistent CDD during onboarding, periodic reviews and event-driven reviews. This includes delivering proportionate Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk merchants, increasing automation and integration, and ensuring that workflows, decisions and supporting evidence are fully auditable and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Luma, Worldline’s implementation of Fenergo Fen-X. Lead the multidisciplinary product development team, including business analysts, configurators and quality assurance specialists, setting clear priorities and expected outcomes. Own and prioritize the backlog, translating business, operational and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria and sequenced releases. Optimize Luma’s onboarding, periodic review and event-driven review journeys so operations can execute effective and consistent CDD. Ensure high-risk merchants are routed through a complete Enhanced Due Diligence process, with relevant questionnaires, evidence requirements, approvals and escalation paths. Drive straight-through processing and automation by integrating Luma with Worldline systems, screening services, external data providers and merchant-facing channels. Maintain clear, traceable and auditable workflows, including decision logic, data lineage, user actions, control evidence and regulatory reporting needs. Partner with operations, compliance, risk, architecture, engineering and external suppliers to align priorities, resolve dependencies and move decisions to closure. Continuously identify journey, configuration and process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve merchant and analyst experience, and strengthen control effectiveness. Improve the development team’s output through clear product direction, disciplined backlog management, release readiness, quality controls and measurable delivery outcomes. Define and monitor product KPIs covering automation, case-processing time, quality, control effectiveness, adoption, incidents and operational outcomes. Who are we looking for You are an outcome-driven Senior Product Manager who can connect CDD policy and operational needs with product configuration and technology delivery. You can set direction for a multidisciplinary team, challenge requirements, make informed prioritization decisions and keep stakeholders aligned around measurable business and control outcomes. You are comfortable working with a strategic third-party platform while ensuring that Worldline retains clear ownership of its product roadmap, controls and operational performance. You also have: 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally for CDD, KYC, AML, compliance or regulated workflow products. Experience leading or providing day-to-day direction to multidisciplinary product delivery teams, including business analysts, configurators, quality assurance specialists and engineers. Proven ability to own a product vision, roadmap and backlog and to prioritize based on business value, risk reduction, regulatory need and operational impact. Strong understanding of customer onboarding, periodic review, event-driven review and Enhanced Due Diligence processes. Experience translating policies, regulatory requirements and operational processes into configurable workflows, business rules and acceptance criteria. Practical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, screening services, external data sources and workflow automation. Experience working with third-party technology providers and managing product dependencies across internal and external teams. Strong focus on auditability, traceability, data quality, control evidence and compliant product design. Ability to use product and operational data to identify bottlenecks, improve team throughput and measure whether releases deliver the intended outcomes. Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
