Work you’ll do: This is a full-time position where the candidate is responsible for managing our Azure GCP and AWS environment operationally, compliance to good security practices and troubleshooting, deploying product updates and implementing integrations that meets our needs. On top of this, the candidate must be able to think out of the box to explore new ways of using the Cloud to improve the operational end-to-end Cloud infrastructure in the region. Constantly be analyzing data for improvements and optimization. The successful candidate for this position will need to demonstrate strong innovation thought process, good technical leadership with excellent technical skills in Azure GCP and/or AWS and will also require some knowledge into network, security, database, application support as well as good communication skills. Scope and Responsibilities: Responsible for architecting, installing, configuring, and maintaining the Azure or AWS environment. Responsible for working with the infrastructure and application teams to maintain the uptime and accessibility to the various Cloud environment. Ensure to provide solutions which complies to the security standards of the company. Support requests from the users and resolve problems related to Azure / GCP / AWS environments. Support and improve our tools for continuous build, automated testing, and release management process from development to production which are Azure / AWS. Design and deploy, in an Agile environment, assets and code that will help, deploy, test, monitor and maintain components and services for next generation service platforms To identify and analyze issues that impact performance of the systems, and to work in close coordination with the application team and other supporting teams and recommend resolutions. To perform all supporting tasks that are included, but not limited to code deployment, virtual servers, scripting, etc. To consider and identify the discrepancies in the system, to assess the risks, and to implement solutions by adhering to the security standards. Maintain proper documentation of all procedures, and configurations pertaining to the various Cloud environment. Support security audits and IT audits for compliance purposes. Develop, execute, and oversee procedures, to automate operation of the Cloud infrastructure to improve efficiency of the environment Ensure to practice IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation. Understand disruptive trends and promote potential opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from local/overseas university is preferred. (Preferable) Certified in either Azure or AWS. Strong knowledge in building, delivering, and managing Cloud IaaS or PaaS environments in either Azure, GCP or AWS platforms. (Preferable) Experience in P2V / V2V & Hypervisor software such as Microsoft Hyper-V. This position will help drive automation standards across our testing and production environments and be a key resource as we migrate to the cloud 4 to 5 years of managing and maintaining small to medium sized Azure / AWS Cloud environment. (Optional) 2 years of professional software development / programming experience in Python, Ruby and modern JavaScript, Java, C++, C. Candidate must have background in Cloud Computing such as SaaS, PaaS, etc. Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare, Citrix) and Azure / AWS. Broad understanding of technical problems and solutions with ability to implement most advanced solutions. Good command in English, both verbal and written.
