Job Description Marketing Trainee Warsaw | 12-month paid traineeship | Full-time, 5 days a week Start your career in Marketing & Communications We’re looking for a Marketing Trainee to join us in Warsaw for a 12-month paid traineeship . This is a full-time opportunity requiring availability five days a week , designed for someone who wants to take their first professional steps in an international environment and learn how Marketing & Communications works in practice. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ropes across different areas of MarComms , with a particular focus on internal communications and exposure to product marketing. You’ll work alongside colleagues across different functions, contribute to real projects and gradually build a broad marketing skill set. What you’ll do During your traineeship, you’ll have the opportunity to: Support internal communications , helping develop, organize and distribute communication materials and contributing to change management activities. Create engaging content , including articles and team-focused content for internal digital channels. Support our intranet presence , helping keep marketing content relevant, current and engaging. Get hands-on exposure to product marketing , supporting campaigns, marketing resources and product collateral. Organize marketing and sales resources , including product documentation for internal and external audiences. Support events , from preparing marketing materials to helping with post-event communications. Collaborate across functions , working with different teams to support cohesive marketing initiatives. Who we’re looking for You could be a great fit if you: Are a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field , or a student who can commit to full-time work. Can commit to a 12-month, full-time traineeship, five days a week . Are open-minded, proactive and eager to learn. Have strong communication and organizational skills, with good attention to detail. Enjoy creating, contributing ideas and turning them into action. Have an interest in the automotive industry or technology . Are comfortable with Microsoft tools, including SharePoint. Experience with graphic design tools is an advantage. Are fluent in English . Polish is optional, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.
