Join Our Team We are looking for an HR Employee Partner to support our HR operations and contribute to the development of a high-performance work environment within a dynamic automotive manufacturing organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring effective collaboration between management, employees, and the HR team while supporting key people-related initiatives across the Plant. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and supervisors on HR-related topics and people management practices. Coordinate and monitor local and regional HR projects. Support recruitment, training, performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives. Provide guidance to department leaders on HR processes, policies, and best practices. Monitor HR KPIs and drive action plans to improve organizational performance. Maintain and develop HR procedures, reports, dashboards, and documentation. Foster positive employee relations and support communication with employee representatives and social partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and HR standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Support employee transportation activity including leading the drivers when required Deputize for the other HR Employee partner Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Good command of English. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good knowledge of HR processes and industrial environments. Understanding of labor law and employee relations principles. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage.
