We are looking for a Project Manager – Marine, Offshore & Offshore Wind on a permanent contract to join our Head Office in La Défense (Paris area, France). Join a dynamic team: Within the Design Assessment department of our Technical Direction, you will manage marine, offshore and marine renewable energy projects. Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager, you will work directly with our clients and technical departments. Your main responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution, from design review to delivery Coordinate interfaces between technical experts and local offices across the Bureau Veritas network Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, objectives and internal procedures Monitor project performance and budget Contribute to commercial proposals in support of the Commercial Department Your strengths to succeed: Education and experience: You hold a Master's degree in engineering, ideally with a maritime specialization, and have at least 3 to 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the maritime, offshore or renewable energy sectors. Personal qualities: You are known for your organization, autonomy and ability to propose pragmatic, operational solutions. Proactive, you thrive in a fast-changing environment, particularly around renewable energy. Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills. Language skills: You are fluent in English, enabling effective communication with clients, teams and our international network. Mobility: You are willing to travel abroad occasionally. Compensation & benefits: Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 gross per year over 13 months, depending on profile and experience Permanent contract, based in La Defense (Paris area) Performance bonus of up to 2.5% of annual gross salary, based on company and individual objectives Profit-sharing, incentive scheme and Group Savings Plan (PEG) with employer contribution Remote work after the trial period Time Savings Account (CET) Training: access to a language-learning platform, a wide range of e-learning courses and job-specific training paths Works Council (CSE): annual allowance for leisure and cultural activities Why choose Bureau Veritas?
