Position Overview: Bureau Veritas is seeking a HR Lead, to join our Kuwait office and be a part of the dynamic team within the Southern Middle East Region. Based in Kuwait, you will partner directly with product line managers, regional HR team, and the Country Chair. Reports to: SME HR Director & MCA Talent Leader What you do: Supervise Recruitment process and advise innovative methods of recruitment and continuous process improvement. Assist the BU’s by sourcing the most suitable resumes matching the job description to ensure timely closure of the open positions. To monitor HR KPIs with respect to recruitment on monthly basis and advise management on deviations from time to time. Plan and co-ordinate all Induction training and various other employee training initiatives. Responsible to implement and maintain HRIS in the company with accuracy in data related to employees. To assist Country Chair and SME HR Director and MCA Talent Leader in PMP process for timely completion as per HO guidelines. Assist Management in operating country for HR projects such as talent identification and acquisition, Leadership review, HR policies, and any other project as per guidelines from HO. Employment processes and record management at transactional level such as employee creation in database, confirmation, separation, employee time, and absence etc. SME - Local HR's and Talent Acquisition Team Country Chair Finance Lead Product Line Managers PRO Timely submissions of all regional reports with data accuracy. Coordinate with Local and Regional Management to identify training and development needs for employees and organize local training initiatives to bridge gaps, if any, in co-ordination with Country Chair and SME HR Director and MCA Talent Leader within budget guidelines. Ensure 100% compliance with respect to entire HR function. Manage and address all employee grievances within the country. Increase retention percentage within the entity. Accurate and timely management towards processing payroll. Ensure complete compliance towards government regulations including employee labor law, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). Periodic implementation of employee engagement activities which are in line with the regional HR Guidelines. Manage teams of Admin and HR support within local office. Partner with the business and will work closely with country chair and SME to achieve financial and business objectives. Advise on HR regulations within the entity on decisions relating to employment of staff Ensuring job descriptions contain HSE responsibilities as validated by the organization Conducts HSE Induction to new employees on a timely manner Ensuring the delivery and upgrade (as needed) of HSE training programs to all employees Maintain records of required safety and health training, certifications and medical surveillance Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices. Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk. Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation. Education and Experience:- Graduate in any discipline, Prefer MBA in HR Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in core HR activities in any industry.
