Inside Sales Representative Purpose of Position Supports the commercial activities of the Sales Department through quotation management, monitoring of business opportunities, and day-to-day communication with customers. Key Responsibilities Prepares and submits quotations to customers. Monitors the progress of quotations and business opportunities. Manages incoming customer requests and inquiries. Identifies and develops new business opportunities. Maintains up-to-date customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM system. Collaborates with Operational departments to collect information and costing data. Contributes to the development of new business opportunities through telephone and email communication with customers. DSV Road Greece
