Location: Warsaw, Poland Department: Supply Chain At Nespresso, we believe that every cup of coffee can make a difference. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team and support logistics operations across Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia . In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehousing, transportation, product availability, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to deliver best-in-class supply chain performance Key Responsibilities Warehousing & Physical Logistics Manage day-to-day cooperation with third-party logistics providers (3PL). Monitor inbound deliveries and ensure accurate goods receipt processes. Support and continuously improve warehouse operations and performance. Coordinate inventory counts and investigate stock discrepancies. Manage product and pallet flows across the market. Prepare operational, logistics, and financial reports. Coordinate internal order management and supplier onboarding activities. Support product labeling and traceability processes. Distribution & Customer Deliveries Coordinate B2B, B2C, and Boutique delivery operations. Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery processes. Monitor delivery performance and customer service levels. Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and delivery quality. Handle product and transportation claims. Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams on new distribution services and initiatives. Planning & Product Management Support Support demand and supply planning activities. Assist with inventory management and replenishment processes. Maintain and update product master data. Monitor and update product costs within supply chain systems. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles and Supply Chain Policies. Support food safety, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards. Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement projects. What Will Make You Successful? University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, procurement, import/export, or a similar supply chain role. Experience working in an international environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel proficiency. Good command of English. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
