Property Team Coordinator Location: Macquarie Park Employment Type: Permanent Full Time About the Opportunity We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Property Team Coordinator to support our Property team and help keep key processes, documentation and administration running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating order from complexity, thrives on structure, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You'll play a critical role in supporting stakeholders across the business, coordinating activities, improving processes and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Property team activities such as the onboarding and offboarding of team members, team IT, team communications, etc. Coordinate lease administration activities with external service providers, including workflow tracking, issue resolution, service delivery performance and improvements. Provide administration assistance to the three team systems (ProLease, myBuildings and LinkSafe), ensuring the accuracy, integrity and completeness of portfolio information. Act as custodian of property records and documentation, maintaining current lease information, landlord contacts, site details, facilities management records and key property data repositories. Coordinate property-related financial administration including purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor creation requests and expenditure tracking in accordance with company policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain and distribute regular property reports, portfolio updates, lease administration reports, performance metrics and other management reporting requirements. Support the Group General Manager and Head of Property Management through diary coordination, meeting administration, presentation preparation, business review materials and general team support. Coordinate team communications around significant property issues. Attend to reception and Office Management activities as required and provide support to broader workplace and office services initiatives.
