Quality Management System > Quality Audit > Continuous Improvement The Continuous Improvement head leads the organization's efforts to deliver sustainable quality and performance improvements across the value chain. The role facilitates and enables continuous quality improvement through structured, data-driven methodologies, close stakeholder collaboration, and customer-focused problem-solving. Responsibilities Develop and execute the global Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business and quality objectives Facilitate and enable continuous quality improvements across the entire value chain, from product development through manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations Direct complex, cross-functional quality improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving and data-driven methodologies Oversee global and value chain-specific improvement programs to enhance quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction performance Collaborate closely with stakeholders, customers, and functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure effective implementation Anchor and govern continuous improvement frameworks, standards, and best practices across the organization Utilize data analytics, quality metrics, and performance dashboards to prioritize initiatives and measure impact Build organizational capability in 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and other continuous improvement methodologies Ensure improvement actions are effectively translated into sustainable business results and measurable quality performance gains Govern the improvement project portfolio, track benefits realization, and communicate progress to senior leadership Support strategic business transformation initiatives by embedding continuous improvement principles into daily operations Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in any engineering field Minimum 12+ years of experience in leadership experience in solving complex quality issues & overseeing an improvement project portfolio Leadership experience in solving complex quality issues & managing an improvement project portfolio Leadership experience in overseeing strategic initiatives, change management, business process improvement, and deployment Change management and stakeholder management Practical experience in running Global 8D, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC & DFSS projects Experience in leading and facilitating global teams in RCA and sustaining improvements Sustainable implementation of standardized best practices globally Built a continuous improvement culture and employee engagement in improvement activities Competencies Strategic Thinking - Ability to understand how different parts of the organization fit together and plan long-term, align team goals with organizational objectives, anticipate risks and opportunities Decision-Making Makes informed, timely decisions; uses data, experience, and judgment; balances speed with accuracy Communication Skills- Clear, concise, and impactful communication; active listening; ability to work with stakeholders People Management & Talent Development - Coaching and mentoring team members, building effective teams, Delegation and empowerment Accountability & Ownership - Takes responsibility for outcomes, manages execution and results, holds others accountable constructively Stakeholder Management- Builds effective internal and external relationships, manages expectations across levels, Influences without authority Improvement in quality KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics Reduction of non-conformance, defects, warranty claims, and cost of poor quality Increased effectiveness and closure rate of improvement initiatives Enhanced value chain performance through cross-functional collaboration What We Offer This position offers a unique opportunity to support and improve quality performance across the value chain, delivering measurable business impact through continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
