YOUR ROLE This role is a non-incident support-oriented role that provides post go live business and customer related IT services, including servicing change requests and coordinating with other IT teams to deliver IT BAU services. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will: Manage Change Request implementation and solutions of APAC CL applications, ensuring that change objectives are accomplished and in line with business objectives Adhere to governance and standardization established for Change Request implementation methods, processes, and tools usage across all Change Requests Review and update Change Control Documentation (CCD) Participate in Change Request functional and technical workshops Manage Change Request timeline, resources, cost and risk Perform configuration/validation testing and facilitate onshore/offshore integration development team and perform integration testing Conduct key user training, if required Support user in preparing test scenarios and user acceptance test, if required Coordinate production environment readiness and deployment activities Provides support for go-live and hypercare on production issues Coordinate with Global Support Team and Integration team in IT Product Improvement Initiative. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related fields Minimum 5 years of implementation/support experience with Warehouse Management System Minimum 1 year of Manhattan WMOS 2016 (and above) and Manhattan MAWM implementation experience WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
