About this role

At St Thomas Centre Nursery School, we are passionate about inclusion and ensuring that our child-centred curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of all children; irrespective of the barriers and/or challenges they may face. Our team know the children very well and are able to differentiate the support that they provide each child accordingly.

Applicants will need to have a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have extensive experience in supporting children aged 2-4 years and children with SEN/D. Experience of leading a team of Early Years practitioners would be preferable and leadership qualities are essential.
